I've been experimenting with ADC as well. I was mainly top for my previous ranked team so I became accustomed to Jayce and lately have been playing him in whatever role I can fill in as.
I follow a guide by aePheva on solomid for my base but consider myself experienced enough to modify things to my liking.

Usually go mp5/5 pots/manapot/ward, straight into tear, possibly even straight into manamune as I've noticed lately I've had enough to almost buy it straight out every game. Possible dorans after tear depending on how lane is going, level one boots and into situational boots later, blade of the ruined king is sometimes favorable but i really like to rush infinity edge after manamune for the Hypercharge crits.
Used to favor maxing E but I find jayces gate/ball harass to be a much better option now.
The games played on my current history are mid, top and ADC. Considering trying to jungle Jayce but I don't know if it's worth it? I'm sure I could clear jungle no problem and his ganks would be decent but that's just throwing away his massive lane dominance.
Could anyone give me tips as to maybe what I could do to play better? I think I'm an alright Jayce player but there is definitely always room for improvement. All criticism welcome.

Slowly climbing my way through Silver. Games are coming easy for me as long as I'm bot lane. Seriously it's like if I'm not bot our team just feeds hard bot lane.

my top lane is ruined
only reason I ever won lane is because I got first blood through exp camps and cheesed the fuck out of them with trynd/jax
who gives a shit about invades when at mid to high level getting golems wins your lane
Halfway through Silver I, got to 50LP solely from +4-6 gains. Took me like a month, but feels pretty good!

Agh, I can't figure out how to be a good ADC, the lane is usually equal except the enemy ADC always has more CS than me even though I miss almost no CS. I also see a lot of people using their skills to secure a CS they otherwise wouldn't get, but when I do that I run out of mana like crazy.

Anyone ever played Vayne top? It's hella fun against tanky melee assholes like Darius and Singed. Just don't let him flip you or you're fucked.
After playing Alistar jungle after the nerf, I've slipped all the way to Silver V from Gold V, I don't even know....
I need a duo partner, preferably someone who plays ADC on EUW.

You should go look at a replay and count when and where you miss cs. I played ADC a lot for the past month or so, and I always [I]felt[/I] like I was missing very little cs, but the numbers disproved my gut instinct. If the numbers are telling you that you're losing a lot of cs, trust them over your feelings.
4 PM matches, People are gold but play like Silver.

Don't get Armor Pen quints. Get either 3 AD quints, 1 AD 2 Life Steal or 3 Lifesteal quints starting with Dorans unless you have 3 AD quints.
You also only have 1 ADC match recorded in your match history so its hard to judge
I just really don't get the method behind how LP is given out...
my team just WHOOPED the other teams ass, we did lose a couple turrets, but we slaughtered them. I went 9/3/18 and no one on my team did bad.
So I get 14 LP?
The last game I won my team stumbled into victory, everyone, myself included, did terrible and I got nearly 30 LP for it.

LP is not indicative of anything, there is still a matchmaking rating behind the scenes.

Yeah I'm saving for runes, my current ADC page is placeholder and those armor pen quints were back when I hit level 20, I didn't know what the fuck I was doing and people just told me to save for runes until level 20. I do intend to buy AD and Lifesteal quints whenever I can.
I'll also try to play more ADC games, will give you guys better ground on which to judge me from and will also give me some training since I usually play mid or top as melee characters and being a ranged ADC is just weird to me right now.

Your LP gain is based on your hidden ELO / MMR (Matchmaking Rating). If your MMR is substantially higher than the place you're at in your division you'll start earning more LP, however if for example you are Silver V and have lost 10 games in a row you won't be gaining a lot of LP per win until your MMR is evened out with your actual division placement.
