The thing that really upsets me when I'm playing against a blue Ezreal is the obscenely low cooldown on his E (since you'll have 35% cdr from items +4% from masteries), it makes it impossible to get to him or focus him in a teamfight
That shit is on a 6.6 second cooldown with 40% cdr and max rank, it's insane.

I've been having a grand old time playing Quinn top recently but it always seems that either
1. I completely counter the enemy top in lane then get instagibbed lategame
2. I get countered so hard it's embarrassing and then go on to wreck house lategame
I think Draven has the highest win rate among ADC's right now. Probably due to the ridiculously easy nature to overpower the enemy adc. I seriously hate versing Dravens so much as ADC, but I actually enjoy it as a support. People who play Draven tend to get a bit overzealous and overextend to which I take advantage of that and set him up for some pain.

Don't forget about the Q!, You can land 2 and lower your E by 2 more seconds.

The counter-play for draven his laning phase is pretty much non-existing.

According to lolking for the last month, Draven has the highest win rate for ADCs, second to, by a single slot, Kog'maw. Ranked 13 and 14 respectively, both at 52.69%.
Yeah. He's also the only ADC, and frankly the only champion, that I've ever see have consistently high win rates across all divisions.

Blue Ezreal counters Draven decently. I trained a Draven yesterday that catching his axes was a bad idea cause I'd Q him every time he ran to the circle.
After a while Draven stopped using his Q and I wound up winning my lane.
Edit: In my experience* It only worked cause Draven was foolish enough to not lead his axes with movement. If I was him, I'd never have taken Q harass. It was the player. I don't know if I would've beaten him if he wisened up.

If the Draven is foolish then he can be punished by poke, but in a straight up trade/fight especially if he has a support that can stun/make him waste his E (Blitzcrank) then Draven will ALWAYS win. His damage is so much stronger at every stage of the game it's not even funny.
