Yes because AD Carries always carry an oracles with them.
Vayne pretty much wins every 1v1 duel with another AD carry if they both have equally as much gold.

If it's late game full items yeah. If you avoid vayne's stun she's dead. Believe it or not 8% of your maximum health in true damage and 55 AD is not as good of a steroid as 90% attack speed and, more importantly, the capability to push her beyond her attack range.
Not mid game though, tristana is pretty weak if she doesn't get fed early on in the mid game.
If she lands a stun on you though you're dead. The entire thing with trist is that you have a jump and a knockback and shouldn't be in a position to get stunned.

So is fighting against good/great players a good way to learn as a mediocre player? I seem to have been hit by a curse where everyone I lane against is at the very least ranked Gold IV and it results in me getting totally dominated.
My entire match history right now is almost nothing but defeats and me with horrible scores.

The MS boost, tumble and vayne's ult would make it so that the range difference wouldn't matter much in a 1v1.
Kinda hard to kite a 90ms bonus with an invisible short-gap closer. That said, anything is possible and everything depends on the situation. Vayne would probably win most of the time if they have an equal amount of gold though. But when does straight up 1v1 where one part doesn't get caught out ever happen.
