what items to build on tryndamere? i dont know if i should go berserkers+zeal or rush a BF sword item.

i got 8k IP saved up and i'm considering changing it up. maybe that's why i've always been finding myself lacking early game power when playing AP mids....
I'm no tryndamere main, but don't you build BotRK first? Then get IE and LW?
I havent even tried BotRK on Tryndamere, but I've only had a chance to jungle him. Went well both times though.

If you're only gonna be splitpushing gettting shiv after BotRK or hell, even before it can help, the proc can be quite useful. But yeah, that's generally what you'd pick up.

Also vayne has no escape. Tumble doesn't count, if not used offensively the cooldown is like 10 seconds. Yes, rocket jump is buggy as hell but at least it does the job.
Not only that trist's early game is better.

Look man I'm not gonna argue about this because there's no point. Vayne just out damages trist, period. We don't "like" vayne, we are simply stating that her lategame is better than trists. Not safer, better.
Tristana is just a better pick in general. Even if I concede that tristana would lose to vayne if they both had full builds (She wouldn't) Tristana would be at full build way before vayne due to her greater everything at every other stage of the game. Two escapes, a knockback that hits everybody near her target and is on a ridiculously low cooldown. Vayne can do true damage (Which really is not a large portion of her damage) and can go invisible, which is counterable with an investment of 400g from anybody on your team.
Two escapes? No ad scaling? 300 extra damage every 3 autos on a 3k health target is not "nothing". 400 g is not nothing either, and makes you a prime target.
ok but this is considering only perfect scenarios, you can't just say "oh trist will win against vayne IF she doesn't stun" the stun is a part of vayne
it's also stupid because who cares who'll win in a 1v1 situation, it literally all boils down to player skill in that situation

because vayne has more damage potential than tristana, along with some other adcs
these ludicrous statements about tristana's strength are getting silly, she's outclassed by most in every stage of the game other than late, where her main strength is safety rather than dps or utility

AD scaling is not essential for a good ADC. They auto attack, they aren't casters. Look at yi or kog, they don't have ad scaling yet they both do insane amounts of damage late game. Yi also explodes if he tries to act like he is a real adc but that's not the point.
Arguing about which ADC beats which ADC with full items late game is a little silly. Every single game and situation is different.

Why wouldnt Tumble count as an escape... Trist jump is lile twice the cooldown, you can even create more distance with Vayne if you Condemn them away and Tumble in the other direction...
Its completely situational who has the best lategame.
Vayne has more damage, but a harder time teamfighting.
Tristana has less damage, but has an incredibly easy time teamfighting.
Obviously you rather have the Vayne [I]if she can actually stay alive.[/I]
As for 1vs1 Tristana might get a few hits off before vayne is even in range, and maybe shoot her away too,
but the person who actually wins the fight mainly just depends on the choice of defensive item and who is the luckiest with crits.
However, tristana's laning phase sucks a huge amount of dick [I]atm[/I].
With the current patch you can't grab the XP advantage anymore tristana [I]really [U]really [/U][/I]needs.
Barrier made her burst exceptionally useless, 3 out of her 4 possible supports(nunu, taric, allistar) got nerfed.
Leona is still out there but with both Janna and Thresh being exceptionally popular right now i wouldn't dare play her.
Her trade is exceptionally bad in lane, you get outtraded by pretty much everybody.
Her early game range/ms will get you zoned really hard, by Draven/Caitlyn/Varus/MF/Twitch/Vayne. (These carries + Ezreal make up about 95% of the picked Carries)
And then you have the midgame problem, where your range is low/mediocer, you have no AD scaling spells like most carries do to make up for their poor midgame.
You can't use 1/2 of your damage offensively anymore, and your E/R damage will fall off against Aegis+[U]Other MR items[/U].
She is literally the [U][B]WORST ADC[/B][/U] right now, And I'd pick Quin/Sivir/Kog'Maw over Trist any day.
Tldr: Its sad but tristana sucks.

ok. You can create more distance with trists's ult and jump if you want to go with that logic.
The only ones on that list I am actually scared of are draven and MF. Because that's their thing. They scare every other adc that is not them.
Tristana also starts with vayne's auto attack range, and has the same range as ashe (600) at level 6.
