Full AP fiddle is way better when playing with randoms tough and wouldn't really work in tourneys because of way better warding then soloQ, it's too big of a gamble.

i remember varus was a very popular ADC in the tournaments, which got him popularity and led to his latest nerf

season 3 just tightened the ropes
Varus is my go to adc. Everytime i pick him the other team ALWAYS picks caitlyn into me. Varus is a pretty strong counter to cait imo.
So far my stats with him in ranked are like 24 wins and 5 losses. Even in the losses I still did good.
I've been in Silver 1 for a while now, I think I've gotten to promotion matches about 5 times and I always lose 'em. Silver seems like such a gamble sometimes. It's either smurfs, idiots, or the occasional troll. It's a little silly.
But seriously whenever I hit promotions it's either me or someone else screwing up. Never both. I need to work on consistency.
Spirit Stone and Spirit of the Lizard Elder are pretty much the only reason behind hecarims existence.
He's not that strong anymore atm tho, He is VERY snowball sensitive, you can have a Nunu/Shaco/Lee fucking with your jungle for the first 5 minutes and completely ruin your game.
