Tunnel Vision, being cocky, prioritizing other bans, specific team composition that would require bans, belief they can work around him play Zed.

its funny cause she was just buffed in the 3.8 patch

and they're playing on the 3.7 version in the lcs

I think they changed her ult around a bit and not made it a straight buff. And they lowered her mana costs a bit? Either way nice to see a Lissandra, she never seemed to be an overly unbalanced character.

Twitch chat just being twitch chat. Personally she's in a good spot IMO, the adjustments are alright as well. Solid utility solid damage, slightly high mana costs that require you to utilize her passive. She's a bit generic but quite well designed.

The entire Ryze vs. Nocturne scene was fucking incredible. Tibbers just about killed me.

Also I'm pretty sure Varus became more recognized as a Carry once his ult wasn't as thin as a needle to land.

I've never understood why Orianna's such a popular pick. She doesn't do as much damage as I'd like, it seems like she's 90% utility.

Yes, that's her design. She trades off damage for utility in the vein of a few other champions such as Morgana.

However a well placed Orianna ultimate and say, a Rumble ult on top will DECIMATE teams far more than anything else.

Her damage is enough to hurt squishes pretty darn good. Her utility is her main shining point though.
She also isn't too heavy reliant on items. Once she gets grail that's pretty much all she really needs to be honest.
