i was queuing normal with my friend (kayle) and suddenly this guy locks revive teleport ziggs, then an another guy locks in cleanse revive teemo and then kata locks in so i asked my partner to do the same thing
the funny thing is there were no comments from either side, we just went on to the game like nothing happened
so I thought I'd try a dominion against bots to help nudge me back into the swing of playing outside arams

Isn't dominion against bots harder than against players? The bots just do what is best for the team.

The nerf seems tiny for Kennen lol.
So I went on a quest to play ranked with blitzcrank and I found a rather annoying obstacle on the way.
Even if I get the entire two teams to not ban blitz, someone in the enemy team will dodge the instant they see a blitzcrank played.

They are, the damage and hp nerf dosnt really affect him at all, and the passive nerf.. eh, prevents one trick during lane, but not much else.
If you're referring to the PBE nerfs, the changes look like they're based around toning down his lane harass by lowering his AD and the window where he can proc a stun.
Two seconds is quite a bit but I don't play Kennen so I might be wrong.

Besides getting paired up with better players, you have access to all the masteries and runes.
Also you can play ranked but I suggest you don't.

Focus on farming and less on harassing.
Guys i bought Katarina long time ago and i need so fast diana. Need 2k gold left. i can't play as this champ so good. is it good idea to sell this champ and buy diana then or kata is still good with good build on late game with good team ?
Don't waste your refund credits on silly things like that.
Katarina is fine.
Katarina is fine but has a very high skill cap to pull off perfectly. Also you can't refund things beyond 3 months after purchase iirc. I highly suggest saving your refunds too.

I wasted all of my refund credits because I wasn't sure if I still wanted my Blackthorn Morgana skin.
I have 400 extra RP now, should I save it or go for a boost? Currently level 18, might want IP for runes.

Bit too harsh of a rule.
You would need at least over 20-30k IP for all the runes needed for those individual roles.
But yeah, learn every role and then try to get runes for them.

ip boost is good when youre overflowing with rp, just wait for a cool discounted skin for your fav champ
obv you can buy the ip boost, tis just my suggestion
