Riven seems like the Noxus version of Garen, in which she wants nothing but honor in the city state conflict. She likes a good, clean and fair fight. Unlike Singed who just melts everyone's face with poison. That new splash does not represent her in any way.

To be honest I wish they stopped releasing champions for a bit and focused on giving every single old character a well needed graphic update.

Don't you love it when your positioning ranked game gets fucked by a smurfing/boosting account guy who tries to pull off high level tactics that require an entire team worth of cooperation and refuses to admit he's playing with low level people who aren't even in bronze league yet
This has happened to me twice out of the 9 games I've played ranked so far and both times it effed up the game a whole lot.
