You're supposed to times the amount of minutes by 10 and that gives you a good target. Ie 20 mins x 10 = 200
To be fair if you aren't a high level player you won't be able to sustain the farm for long enough.
Maybe knock 10-20% off depending on your skill level for a more attainable target. Say like 160 by 20 mins, or 180.
The issue is also if you can trade and farm at the same time, which is something pros do instinctively, they know when trades won't help them farm more, and they play a much 'longer' game with regards to missing CS and experience etc.
It's a meta game in itself that takes alot of practice, to be able to farm well and still be relevant in fights and skirmishes, trade and push, freeze etc.

Recent patch does fuck all to nunu that you couldnt previously do, dont know why everyone has started to rub one off over him. If you take nunu jungle your a failure if you dont spend 50% of your time in their jungle stealing shit left right n centre.

The second you steal their blue/red you turn level 2, their jungler can't do shit against you then. But otherwise not too sure except that buffs are now more important than ever and the fucker can steal it front and center.
