Nope. Just like going over 40% cdr. It'll just be 100% crit.

Flat armor pen lowers your targets armor by the amount explicitly; 100 armor pen reduces their armor by 100, 150 armor pen reduces by 150.
Percentile armor pen is a percentile of how much armor they have. So 100% armor pen is max, which is all of their armor.

Unless armor pen works multiplicatively instead of additively but I'm pretty sure it's the latter

If you have more flat armor pen than they have armor (after % armor pen) you will do bonus damage
eg 100 damage auto attack on a target with -50 armor gets a bonus 25 damage for 125 damage
Chinese all stars are out, world elite won every role by 50% but 3 team limit resulted in fzzf and caomei not being chosen due to having less of a percentage to the others.
Top - iG.PDD (Probably for the best, he's arguably as good as caomei in spite of iG's tendency to suddenly start playing terrible)
Jungle - WE.Troll (It's ClearLove but he changed his I.D to Troll because why not)
Mid - WE.Misaya (Some say zztai is playing better than him atm but still probably one of the best in the owrld)
ADC - WE.WeXaio (Hipsters say uzi could have been better but WeXaio is still easily top 3)
Support - iG.XaioXaio (The only point of contention, some including montecristo would rather have lovelin OMG's support whom is considered to be carrying them atm, to quote montecristo "If lovelin was wexaio's support the Chinese botlane would be better than the Korean botlane").

sadly it doesnt work like that
if you have 50 arpen and they have 30 armor you just deal true damage to then
only armor reduction can get armor below 0

Just got to level 30 last night, I'm sure my first ranked game I'll do absolutely terrible. It seems I either do great in games or just absolutely terrible. There's no in between for me.

I haven't hit level 30 yet but, I'm pretty sure that jumping into ranked as soon as you do is a Terrible idea.
You'll probably put yourself into the lowest league.

Learn to play all lanes/roles before going into Ranked.
Because there's a big chance you wont get what you want.
I don't know if even when I hit 30 I'll ever be comfortable enough when playing to try Ranked matches.

To ride this rollercoaster you must:
Know how to play every role
Know that the person above you in champion select takes precedence in picking roles
Have at least 2 or 3 GOOD champions for every role
Have runes for EVERY role [B]NO EXCEPTIONS[/B], playing Akali, Zac or Garen? Have runes for champions which [B]don't[/B] use mana too
Don't flame like a little shit, mute and move on if you are really that bothered
Know how to play at least one champion well for every role
Know how to build in a reactionary way (i.e. instead of rushing BotRK as Zed vs Kha'zix, how about a chain vest first)
That alone without much player skill will take you to Silver

I might aswell ask: What would be some good "Neutral" (that would work well with most champions) Glyphs for champions with no mana?
