It's a woman riding an armored bear onto battle. I don't think a mine on a chain would be out of the question.
The bear is fitted with tank like armor, it fits that she's swinging a mine flail around.

Looks like the new skin is going to be called Bear Cavalry Sejuani and will have the same treatment as the other server launch skins. Free if you play on the Russian server and purchasable if you're not.

It'll very likely cost less money to just buy the skin than to afford a double migration if you're not on a russian server already.

Ok, he might not be OP, but he is really underrated. And I mean really, really, REALLY underrated because he gets picked every 200th game even tho he is viable.
His late game is ridiculous because of S3, you're not only a powerhouse that drops an enemy to 0 hp in seconds, but you're also hard to kill even with ignites and morellos and miss fortunes and whatnot.
The major issue with Swain is pushing and farming. Maxing snare second won't oneshot ranged creeps unless you're fed(which isn't really a problem, but it happens). You'll constantly have to snare > ult to take the ranged minions and then last hit melee. Fucking shit.
Either way I think Swain might be used competitively one day, he's really damn strong.

Honestly, I doubt he'll be used much in professional settings. The problem with Swain is that he's expensive and kind of needs a bit of everything. cdr, ap, mana, health, armor, etc. His mana spending is really obnoxious, he's more reliant on blue (if you play aggressively) than probably any other AP mid except MAYBE Cass, and his skills are kind of annoying to prioritize depending on the setting. It's easier for me to play him because at lower elos you can basically just get fed REALLY quickly and then all these things aren't a problem, but generally speaking, at competitive levels of play people generally don't get 15 kills in a game.
I think it's been established that generally I don't know what I'm talking about, but I do know Swain. So everything I just said may or may not be correct.

I was in my last placement match for ranked, when suddenly everyone starts disconnecting. the only ones left were me (I was yorick) and cait (on the other team). nobody other than us two could do anything but talk in chat (when they weren't disconnected).
needless to say, I lost my last placement match because cait did way more damage than me. :(
