Normal ELO =/= Ranked ELO
A Diamond soloq player can just fuck around in normal games and get matched against Silver soloq people.

Nah, dota2 uses your steam icons so you can have any.
Those are pennants: It's not an exclusive thing, it's just to support your team (each one increases the global fan level of a team, that is shown to everyone while spectating a tournament match) and get a chance to drop unique stuff while spectating your team (when something important, like a rampage (pentakill) happens, you can drop an unique item that has a description attached) (you can get several pennats but it doesn't increase the drop chance.).
But yeah, I don't realy like this "Pay money for just an exclusive, yet worthless icon.", but there is nothing anyone can do about it. If people wants to get them, I won't stop them.
Well it's to show off who you're rooting for. I might buy the CLG icon but I hope Riot at least discounts them or something when an important tournament is held.
I don't really mind the new icons, if it shows you're supporting the team you have an icon for it's actually a nice gesture. Not to mention that summoner icons will be visible in loading screen in an upcoming patch.

If it wasn't for all the proof we already got, I'm pretty sure his new skin is Freljord themed since that's mentioned in his lore and Riot are going that angle lately.

I'm totally okay with that.
Udyr really needs a little rework to fit in the current metagame. He's fun to play since he's literally entirely based on auto attacks and good knowledge of your stances, but he's one of the slowest champions of the league and it's near impossible to actually catch someone. What's the point of all that melee damage if there's not a single person close enough to you to deal any damage.
Are you sure you're playing Udyr cause he can get pretty fast with Bear stance.
I just find Udyr to be boring, he's just a bruiser with an onhit, 2 passiveish abilities and a shield.
luckily he isn't as annoying as ezreal is and he's really easily kited so once the skin comes out and everyone is playing udyr because of it you wont want to curse the high heavens for releasing the skin on an annoying champ

Or they could simply make them free with the option of unlocking them forever, for a more reasonable price.
But those who go "muh exclusivs" would bitch about it. But they could put a fancy border or something to make them look different, not like it'd be that hard to do.

After like trying out 7 different things support suggested me to do I managed to get in game. Once. Doesn't load again.
What does one generally build on Riven on a average game? I've been trying to work out a solid build the last few days .

Bloodthirster, Last Whisper, Black Cleaver, Lucidity, Guardian Angel. You can stack BTs if you're balling, the Lucidity is also balling material, you can get Randuin's instead of GA.

BT and LW are pretty much core, other items are kinda situational. You can get stuff like BC if they have a lot of armor, Hexdrinker if you're having trouble in an AP lane.
Defensive items: GA or Randuins

i can't watch twitch streams at anything higher than 480p cause bad internet
hd only works on youtube stream
