I would of thought the best way to protest against a company making an objectionable monetization decision is to not buy into what they're doing but if you're going to complain about the price and then buy it anyway, you're not exactly making it any better.

I usually just duo queue with an ADC and Skype with them to avoid the classic "get paired with shitty ADC and get blamed for their mistakes" trick riot loves to play on me.

l usually tell my support gj as adc whenever we get a kill or if they are doing well.
Oh and another funny thing is that when you carry your team as anything other than support you get teamwork honor. I don't think I have gotten any playing as support.

It's literally pointless though. People protested against Riot removing the original Legendary skins, they did it anyway. People protested against Trundle's changes, they did it anyway. Riot doesn't care. So there's not much point in protesting since at this point all you'd be doing is denying yourself a lot of nice stuff.

On the contrary, they didn't put the Goth Annie skin up on sale due to people complaining and they changed the Christmas Katarina skin's recall because of the backlash. They also reworked Sejuani's look completely because people thought her arctic bikini was silly. On top of that they kept Master Yi's defining traits with the rework just because people were attached to how silly they were. (e.g Sword boots)
Just because Riot doesn't listen to the community 100% doesn't mean they don't care at all.
I would even go so far as to say Riot listens to their community the most out of any large gaming company.

I totally thought that after seeing the reactions to them vaulting the first Legendary skins that they'd give in and keep them in the store.
Also you forget that Riot employees constantly go out of their way to post on the forums very frequently, even going so far as to write long as shit posts about game design and everything.
If you honestly think they don't care then I don't know what to say because they've been doing a lot for the community and honestly we're already too spoiled.

They have, they just almost never flat out reduce it. Examples include reducing older champion prices at the cost of making the new champion 7200IP during the first week.
Or reducing the overall RP prices for a lot of skins but moving a handful up a tier.

Disappointed they didn't make them into phone games.
Although I'm not sure how much work it would take to redo/port the game from Flash.
Just finished playing a bot match with the Udyr skin. It's alright. Something about it doesn't really feel like an Ultimate skin though.
It's not really a new theme. It's another variation of martial artist/fighter etc.
Pulsefire Ezreal was a completely new theme for Ezreal.
I just realized, Udyr runs pretty fast for a dude running around in those japanese sandals. ('Geta' if you wanna be specific)
Evelynn has nothing on Udyr in terms of fighting in awkward footwear.

Udyr is fun, if you don't mind the situation where you get CC locked for eternity.
It has tons of interactions though like joke/taunt for every stance and comments when killing baron and dragon etc. Plus it's pretty detailed and probably took a lot of work. I do agree tough it doesn't have the "ultimate" feel Ezreal has/had.

Udyr is still one of his best champs despite playing him unconventionally. I haven't checked but my friend says he has a 100% win rate with Udyr (although that would only equate to about six games)
Well he convinced me to buy and get good with Udyr before this skin was even announced.
I'm gonna be stoked if I get this skin and get to kick ass with it.
It'd be cool if there were a crowd cheering sound everytime Draven kills someone.
Would be pretty annoying if he got a Pentakill though.

I think that's because instead of completely revamping the character, it just breathes life into him.
Pulsefire Ezreal is cool because it takes some chump kid and turns him into a super soldier like iron man.
It's neat.
Spirit Guard Udyr is basically just Udyr in HD. I think it's REALLY cool. I don't know why so many people don't like playing Udyr. I think the stance mechanic is REALLY fun.

Riot is pretty good when it comes to listening to the community. If you want to see a company that absolutely refuses to listen look at fucking Blizzard.
