Oceania server is actually not that bad. The queue time approx. is only 40-1:00 but most of the time you find a group < 40.

Wow in ranked at the one minute thirty second mark I got disconnected. I restarted my client and when I try to reconnect to the game it says "Unable to connect to the server. If you have a firewall it may be blocking the connection." Hope I don't get shit for this and that the server just crashed.

If this happens in the future, try putting this in a .bat file so you can instantly reconnect to games

Not sure what you're trying to say, no one is getting excited for rengar or something. They just see a streamer, try it once, fail (probably), then put him down. No more people are maining rengar now than they were before.

long answer: no because A) the days of Muramana Ryze are coming to an end, very rarely would you buy it anymore and B) your spells deal way more damage and thus magic pen is better
