I think I'm literally medically incapable of playing this game.
When things get tense, my face and arms get very tingly. I used to think it was an adrenaline rush but I'm second guessing it. It's starting to become very uncomfortable, whatever it is, to the point where I'm having issues enjoying the game.
That still sounds like an adrenaline rush. Why are you second guessing it?
Afterwards my arms feel ever so slightly numb and I feel very uncomfortable and disoriented. I'm not sure adrenaline rushes do that.

try playing an 'I really don't care' game, get a random build from that website that generates them, go dominion and mute everyone

just saying because it might be that you do have an adrenaline rush, and that sudden feeling makes you worry you're gonna fuck it up somehow, making you feel all weird afterwards (not an educated guess at all, just my hypothesis so take it with a grain of salt), so if you play a game where you're really not worried, it might not happen
