Because when you, upgrade your sheen in to a lichbane with no/little AP you get like ~50 extra damage, on the spellblade passive.
However for Fizz and TF you mainly buy it for the MS.
And on Fizz its mainly important because you move more damage to your W+Q combo,
so you'll lose out on less damage when you use your E to escape.
EDIT: I almost never get rabadons on fizz either, hourglass is waayyyy better.

i duo with my friend who is in the same division, leaves less room for feeders. my mmr is beyond my league according to that korean site though, and i usually perform well. ill get there.

First pentakill ever in Summoner's Rift. I felt proud because we also had THREE ADCs on our team and no tanks besides our Irelia who volunteered to build tanky. The other team? Kha'zix, Fizz(who I unfortunately had to mid against and still kicked his ass hard), Xin Zhao jungle, Twisted Fate, and Ashe. Seriously surprised that a team like that didn't kick our ass without even trying.
