haven't played her in normals, but I'm having quite a fun time with quinn when I get her in ARAM, even got a quadra kill at level 10 or so last game. is she really that bad?

Fiora only wins to like GP and pre rework Xin Zhao and even then that's a maybe because I haven't seen a GP or Fiora let alone a Fiora vs GP match up since she was released.
Riposte should reflect all projectiles imo.
Riposte should reflect all autoattacks and on hits (Ezreal and GP Q) for x amount of time

She does pretty well against teemo, too.
not really, teemo has a blind and can run away from an engage with move quick

Depends if the Teemo is retarded and looks at championselect or something, sees that teemo does well against fiora and thinks "SPAM ALL THE ABILITIES" throws his Q out whenever it's off cooldown and dies at level 3 when he wastes his blind before Fiora jumps on him

It would be cool if there was some kind of item that drains mana on hit, it would make a lot of champions more confident with trading against lane bullies like Teemo who relies on always having enough mana to move quickly
wits end used to do that but it starved tanks of mana as opposed to casters which was its intended counter towards
wow i totally forgot wits end did that
It still fulfills the anti mage bruiser item lore; Even if you see it rarely now (though probably going to be seen more with Udyr buffs)
