Has anyone else played SMITE? I just downloaded it today and want some more friends to play it with.
Also, is it worth sticking with?

Forgot who but I think one of the animators or maybe it was IronStylus said that Riot likes to use a lot of unrealistic exaggeration in LoL. In this case it's Darius' dunk animation.

I played it for a bit, I'm pretty sure it can be really fun if you get into it and know what every champion / item does.
The third person gives you an entirely different gameplay than most mobas though. Main reason I stopped playing it was because none of my friends could be arsed to try it out.

And yeah, it is worth sticking with. It's pretty fun, it has grown a lot since it came out of closed beta, and it's still growing. (I wouldn't be playing it if It wasn't.)
I'm still hesitating whether I should get 50€ worth of RP for my birthday or just a 50€ figurine from the square enix store. Both sound equally dumb but satisfying to get :v:

The LCS EU show this week isn't as good. Commentators making a lot of errors and fumbling a lot. Post game analysis was sorta shoddy too. Analysis guy was just reading off a card most of the time.
