i dislike skarner as a champion so i don't really care much no
Skarner is one of my fav jungles, good clear time, fucking fast, has a spammable shield, a move that regens health, a perma slow at later levels and an ult that pretty much allows you to make whoever is fed on their team end up in the middle of your team.
Like a few games ago I got my team the victory because i flashed over the jungle wall into mid lane and used my ult on kennen with a silver sash while he was ulting and dragged his yordle ass away from my team. (Kennen was their fed carry and we were losing by 3 turrets and 5 kills and 1 inhib.) We aced them and took their nexus in the usual frenzy push.
Like honestly just build a runic bulwark and a spirit of the anciet golem and get quicksilver sash and a shureylia's with some ninja tabi.... Ghost summoner.... Pretty much whoever you want to ult will be completely fucked since youll ignore all cc and travel homegaurd speeds towards them unless they spend money on a qss too which to be honest most people forget about that item even existing and will force them to not have as many offensive items.
