Junglers probably have the worst itemization at the moment besides Supports.
You still gotta go support tank items such as Aegis, Locket, Spirit of the Ancient Golem etc.
Not enough gold to go carry build unless you get snowballed.

supports have superb itemization, you have so many choices its crazy (outside of sightstone and/or philo)
and honestly i have an easy time doing carry jungle with trynd, ever since the camps respawn faster its a lot easier to farm and thanks to his decent mobility you can easily zoom around the map

Honestly support itemization is good if youre doing the usual supports but champs outside these roles that can still support dont really have any items. For example, if I decided to do mundo or shen support, I honestly dont have a true gp 5 that benefits me. I could get kages lucky pick but it honestly doesnt provide the benefits that philo stone gives to mana based supports. They honestly need to bring back heart of gold, albeit a reworked one.

if youre playing a champion in an unconventional way dont expect the items to fit you they way they do usually

Is support shen honestly unconventional though? He is even listed under Riot as a support tank, though I know he is a much better top, but doesnt that still mean they should take into consideration his designated role and have support itemization for non mana based champs?
edit- mundo and shen were just specific examples, I am just sad riot doesnt have much love for mana-less champions filling a support/tank role.
