Lucian kinda reminds me of Smite's Apollo but not quite.
Both wield dual "guns", a passive that makes them shoot faster, a 1st ability that shoots a missile that goes thru units in a line in front of them, and a dash for their 3rd ability.
It's funny because some weeks ago, I was saying "Since I got no carries, I'll save IP to get him, maybe he'll be like Apollo :v" (He is one of my fav.)
I didn't actually expect it to be true. I'm still going to get him. A shame he doesn't have his ultimate.

Singed, Elise, Galio, Jax (Hybrid), Katarina, Kayle, Kennen, Malphite, Nidalee, Nunu, Ryze, Vlad, Zac
Any of these can be good top really, but some will be easier than others.
To be honest you can play most champions in most roles, some are just better than others, but you can do good with pretty much anything in any role as long as you play good enough
obviously picking a one-shot champion vs i dunno darius top may not be the best of ideas but there are also squishies top so.. in draft pick, quite possible, I guess
