Ok I like soloq more, my friend is dragging me down by always roaming their jungle then dying. I've gone from 66 lp to 22 just by playing with him.

Spellbreaker doesn't look like it brings enough power to shift away from BotRK/IE/PD/BT Might be an okay last item but it looks like it's going to be another Zephyr

Spellbreaker is just a combined Hexdrinker and the removed Cloak and Dagger. Pretty funny how Riot removed Cloak and Dagger and FoN but are now making semi-substitute items for them. I can only hope for a reworked Heart of Gold ;_;7

I'm confused, are all the skins in the new bundle sales disappearing or is it just the ''Good Night, Sweet Skins Bundle''?

Lucian sounds a bit boring tbh. None of his abilities are anything new.

Great news for the dog. Now instead of it using almost 25% of Corgi's mana at level 6, it's now only about 10%. And rockets got reduced to 20 at all ranks. Phos is at a good place imo, they could slightly tweak it, but it's true that there's no counter play to it. The UI also got upgraded so now we see the rocket number. Patch 3.9 was a triumph.

Considering his akimbo thing going on it would have been nice to have his gun apply different debuffs with Lightslinger, depending on which ability you used to trigger the passive. It's always a shame when a character ends up with a cool design involving a cool weapon, but doesn't actually use these weapons in any thematic way. So far it sounds like none of Lucian's ability involve actually handling two different weapons. And wouldn't be really easy to hit with his R by just pressing the attack command in any direction to have him target the nearest champ ?

Wait, what happened to Zigg's Satchel Charge? Does it travel with you so you can explode on an enemy now? Because if that's true, I imagine you get a Kamikaze Ziggs which sounds really cool.

The second skin's recall animation is gold though.

The skin for Lucian is so horrible. His default is a lot better, and yeah, his ulti is freaking awesome in combo with his e. Reminds me of Max Payne just sliding to the side while shooting at shit.

Increased knockback distance to 400 from 350. Cooldown now starts when Satchel Charge is cast, not when it detonates. Oh wtf, lol. I just got what that meant. If you reactivate it while the [B]Satchel Charge[/B] is in flight, not Ziggs.

Lucian will probably be op with certain supports and champions, if Jarvan locks someone into place you wont miss your ulti at all.

Wow its like everyone ever having an ability that synergises with ults that hold people in place
