other players pings were removed because according to riot it caused people to be toxic towards people with bad pings

It always created some form of comment when some people had high pings.
Never saw any negative comments, though.
Mostly it was: "Hey Draven, is your ping fine now?" etc.

I reported over 40 people for constantly spamming me in allchat about my 170ping
These people are fucking retarded, annoying and have most likely been raped and beaten by a fucking dinosaur. Jesus.
You should see your team's ping. If someone's gonna be a dick about high ping he's gonna be a dick anyway.
Knowing who has a terrible ping in your team helps when you're a jungler, for example.

And then when I finally get a good champion for ARAM, I get a toxic player that runs into the enemy team, then spams IDIOT IDIOT in teamchat. He went on for a good 20 minutes just feeding like that. Thank god I muted him after his second time. Needless to say, we lost hard.

Garen is pretty good in ARAM. And I like warwick since you'll practically always see the enemy since they'll hardly ever have max hp.

They're roundabout changes which I don't like. They give him some good tools such as axes being able to stick to walls/turrets but the mana buffs are unnecessary.
They also removed the ability to throw axes right in front of you which could possibly hurt his trading.
When the PBE doesn't have a long ass queue I'm going to go try it out hopefully but I don't really like the buff compensations. I'd rather them just remove the nerfs than give Olaf things he doesn't really need.

Well they didn't change the mana costs on Undertow anyway. Jungling as Olaf isn't getting that much better.
