To be honest, Bulwark was just an item with a little extra magic resist. Pretty boring, I actually like where this is going, I hope they are gonna add a "replacement" for Locket in the jungle though.

Changing locket was probably to discourage support junglers by removing one of their key items.

Just hit 6300 IP. Should I get Draven? I don't have many adcs and he seems...scary.
I'm a little worried about catching axes, though. Seems like you need an awfully quick reaction time to catch them consistently. Is it difficult?

Nah, draven isn't hard: he is literally "attack. mark on the floor shows up. walk to mark. repeat.". Unless you have a Very slow reaction time or need to run away, you won't miss it.

I'm just worried about intending to walk a certain direction and then the mark shows up in the other direction. I'm worried it'll mess up my flow or something.

axes always land in the direction you're walking at the time when they hit your target
Has anybody in EUW found their client is just full retard now?
Random crashes, random disconnects from pvpnet. randomly not being able to connect to login. second game client not loading etc etc.

If you want an adc, buy Draven or Vayne, maybe Graves. All good champs. If you arnt looking for specifically an adc, could try out Zed or Rumble, both are pretty fun.

I've played Draven and he is pretty fucking fun aswell, I'd say you should get either Draven or Vayne.

i bought Draven. He's fun, but I'm used to Cait's significantly more passive/easier playstyle. This will take some getting used to, but I like it.
First a J4 who starts with a doran's blade and 28 AP runes in the jungle, and now an evelynn which feeds first blood in a solo invade on enemy nunu's blue..

not to diminish this guy's play but he is just abusing the insane power of lvl 1 tiger, he uses 21/0/9 masteries 15 ad runes and 15 ad from the pot so he can one shot anything with ignite at lvl 1

I placed into Bronze 5, I'm currently in Silver 1. Just takes a lot of practice. Pick up new bits of information bit by bit and start to implement them. (For example, a month ago I significantly changed my warding habits for the better and I've died like 50% less per game as a result. I also started paying attention to drag/baron/buff timers and that's helped my positioning.)
Just practice a lot. If you have a streamer you really like (I hope they're actually good players, don't take advice from gullen15), pay attention to the smaller things they do like warding and stuff.
