I won a game in D1 Gold and I gained 28lp, shooting from 69 to 97, i don't see how everyone else is getting miniscule amounts at division 1

Well, fast forward to in-game and I can see that she plays really, really fucking well compared to like 95% of all the supports out there.
I compliment her several times and then she says that she is in fact a diamond 3 ADC boosting this account for a friend so her friend becomes becomes plat.
We had a nice chat too.
Damn, I love players like that (except for the boosting part).

Well, yeah. I got like ~35 LP in Silver 1 back then.
You just got to have a really high MMR to gain a lot of LP at D1.

Rengar is going to get nerfed to the ground soon, and the nerfs on Jayce weren't that massive.
I'd go for Jayce, even though Rengar is arguably more fun.

I had the same thing only the guy locked in as Elise (and wasn't boosting). He said he couldn't support at all and his duo said the same, but in the lane he hit every single goddamn stun and we dominated the game.

They could very not go through with the changes (or at the very least change them very radically through testing in the pbe) cause as they're suggested now, they seem to be making Rengar a completely different champion which has the majority of the Rengar playerbase (and notably Only Rengar) very anxious.
I think after the Karma rework debacle, Riot would be apprehensive to make radical changes that completely change the feel of a champion like that.

Same happened to me yesterday, I got a diamond 4 adc on my team, he was on his friend's account boosting him to gold. Really noticed the difference of an Diamond adc compared to an silver adc
