both that guy who plays only Ryze and another who plays only Regnar suck fucking dick at pretty much everything that isnt the champ they main from what i've seen, about 5 times this week ive seen both do god awful, and once that Ryze guy was actually playing Ryze.

IIRC I know that pro players are asked a lot for input on balancing as well. I remember something about pr0lly speaking to a rioter about Ziggs changes, specifically to his W, and now those are implemented.

So how are you supposed to get out of Bronze again? I just had a game where Rumble didn't even connect at level 1, Galio disconnected at level 3 (was my support, I had to bot by myself). They eventually pushed top while I was holding bot and we eventually lost because it was a 3v5 since 4 minutes in. Even if I ended up 10/0 in my lane, I couldn't beat the rest of the team that was fed and well-farmed.

I played Vi, Nautilus and Jarvan IV. Simple champions that set up teamfights, can kill an enemy ADC or APC or control teamfights. If you give your team idiot-proof teamfights, you'll win the game. You just need to have champions that can exploit the enemy being out of position.

If you're good enough you can carry yourself out of bronze easily. And not every game is going to be 3v5 or 4v5 in the enemies favor.

I haven't been in Bronze since S1, but what I did was I played with a guy who I knew could at least get to Silver from the very beginning and then won a lot of my placement games. I would say just grind it out. Sometimes it takes a while but if you deserve it you'll get the edge. The system is broken sometimes in that it can slow you down, but it can't really stop you from getting your actual placement.

Since the buff camps give level 2 now, it's a lot easier for strong junglers to invade the enemy Red and potentially get a free first blood, as well as level 3.

40% of matches are like that. Someone leaves, someone feeds - it's an automatic loss.
40% of matches are the opposite. They have a leaver, or feeder - it's an automatic win.
That leaves 20% of matches that are [b]undecided[/b]. Win those, and you climb.

Did they not? Pretty much every global ult has had its range reduced greatly. The only exclusion I can think of is Gangplank's, but it'd be pretty useless if it got nerfed at all.
Ezreal and Draven ults take a lot of skill to get off correctly, so they shouldn't get touched imo.
