E+AA is so much damage it's not even funny. W is useful as an escape and to combo at level 6 and not much else. Healing reduction+ a lot more damage is far better

You have to level w up to level 4 to reach the cd of e and e has a lower mana cost till lvl 4. e also is better harass and acts as an AA reset.
