Calling is only polite, it prepares rest of your team to adapt for it themselves if needed.
But on top of it all, Pick order > Call order, even though it's respected that you are able to switch roles if someone calls a role you would've picked otherwise.

True facts about the Bloodrazor
Late game it deals 80 - 120 magic damage per hit, equal to 2000+ gold value on autoattackers
It isn't imba as fuck so your bruiser, ad mid, and marksman don't buy it every game
MR is harder to itemize for and is lower than armor 95% of the time
Bloodrazor + Wit's End MR vamp will own bones

It was [I]kinda[/I] shit and no one could afford it because it was not worth the gold.
FoN existed, every tank had at least 150 mr. 4% of a 4k target is 160, then taking their mr into the equation it is a lot more like 64.
Stuck in a tough spot. I played Zed all week last week when he was free and he was fun as shit. I was about to buy him until I saw Kha'zix go free, so I tried him out and had just as much fun with him, ugh. Dunno which one to buy now... It's easier to do well with Kha for me but Zed's kit and playstyle are just too fun.

The main problem with Bloodrazor was that it took a lot of gold to get to (anyone who says it isn't cost efficient doesn't know how to numbers), so they could have dropped pickaxe, 800 total gold cost, and 20 ad
But no they went full Garry because balance2hard

Skarner: This champion doesn't build AS, Doesn't build onhit, and certainly doesn't build AD.
Twitch: This champion is an ADC.
Crucible gets bought every now and then, just because you don't need to buy it every game doesn't make it consistently bad.
Ohmwrecker is a bad item, and the active is bad, the reason why this is still in the game is probably because it was a S3 item and riot prefers to not remove/add items mid season.
Bloodrazor is an AD Onhit jungle item with a anti-tank magic damage passive.
For this item to be useful you need to combine it with with large amounts of magicpen, (preferably percentage magic-pen because its an anti-tank item)
and there are maybe 1-2 champions who can do this + use all other stats.
While with the remove of bulwark, and the rework off wits-end, the item is in a 10x better spot then it used to be.
But its still not gone be enough to make it a viable core item on anyone.
Bloodrazor is good on kog and ww thats about it since botrk does it better with an active ty
if you wanna know the statistics i got one for you; you suck
just remove the movement speed part of the active for ranged champs from botrk same as mercurial scimitar

A lot of champs weren't viable with S2 itemization and are now amazing in S3

If Bloodrazor was good they wouldn't have replaced it. It wasn't an overly terrible item, it's just that most items were situationally better than it.
The thing with Bloodrazor is that the %HP damage was Magic Damage and it was like 600g more expensive than the current BotrK.
The only champion it was good on was Warwick because he tends to go magic penetration. KogMaw was OK too because he had MR shred and it stacked with his own %HP damage.

Do you even play ADC? Why on earth would you want an item that gives you Onhit magic damage,
1. It doesn't stack with Crit.
2. It doesn't work with Armor-Pen.
3. It doesn't work with lifesteal.
Just because you have situational extra AOE for 7 seconds doesn't suddenly justify buying the item.

Obviously it's not as good as botrk; botrk is broken
Saying that it's fine because botrk is better when botrk is a broken item doesn't mean anything, especially when Riot will eventually get off their lazy asses and nerf it

Only time people bought Bloodrazor on KogMaw was when every ADC build a Wriggels Lantern, and the whole meta in general was retardly Armor/AD focused.
Beyond that point most people just went phantom dancer -> IE and beyond that point people just stopped playing kog'maw
