I just got hardly shat on in a Vayne vs. Caitlyn lane... I was the vayne, when cait was at like 70 cs I was only at 20-25, every time I went in to CS enemy Nami tried to stun me, if I dodged Cait slowed, trapped and Q'd me with a couple auto attacks, if I didn't, Q and more auto attacks. My thresh decided not to ward a single spot other than dragon so I was afraid to go farm deeper than our turret at any times, and enemy had a premade bottom, but still I shouldn't get that fucked, what to do in a Vayne vs. Cait lane?

I hear ya there, Luckily lately they are on my team.
Vayne is always gonna have a hard time against Cait from my experience, not many ways around it unless the cait is playing without a mouse.
1st penta kill as fizz, mates were just greifing me in ts saying I stole all the kills.
Thats what happened with my first penta with corki
then I went 18/0 with Jayce in ranked and got one
that quieted them down about it a bit

Yeah, I've noticed that.. Maybe I should just stop picking Vayne if I'm picking before their ADC has been picked, or if Cait is banned for some mysterious reason

People tend to not give a fuck, though.
This in turn tends to end badly for them, if they're on the enemy team that is.
Also, got tired of losing in ranked, so I went for the easiest position to carry in, mid.

its a hard counter, you WILL be boned
It's entirely possible to win that lane as Vayne, just odds are skewed towards Caitlyn.
So I eventually just gave my account to a friend so he could play one ranked game and reset the demotion timer. His team got a weird composition (zyra and warwick bot) but they somehow won :

obviously skill is far more important than counter picks but caitlyn has the clear advantage

These kinda games are exactly why I bought my Curse icon
I missed a lot of that match due to spotty phone internet but CLG really needs to get with the times. C9 knows how to adopt new strategies like the asian regions and it shows in their incredibly high W/L at LCS NA. LoL is a game of who can adapt the fastest to the constantly changing meta and the old teams refuse to give up old habits.
