Which is why she is a very common ban (at least at plat) now.
Doesn't matter how hard you outplay her early game, she will get fed by people feeding her after the laning phase and carry the game.

I had a Blitz do that to me yesterday.
He was insane.
Went solo into the jungle with 5 people chasing him over and over again, placed wards near 4 enemies and built AD Blitz support.
It worked out well somehow, but he did almost throw the game for us several times.
