How do I specifically improve as a player? After being thrown around in silver I realise I belong here, but I just don't know how to improve apart from just playing, which takes ages.

What I've been doing is taking notes on each game I've played and stored them in a Google Spreadsheet. I'll write down my score, my match-up, role, item build, and a list of all the things I need to improve upon. In terms of improvement, it's not instant, but the effects are starting to show now that I specifically know the common factor in each game I lose.

But how will I see what needs to be improved if I haven't really got anything to set myself against.

I haven't seen a Sejuani since forever, didn't really pay attention to her release and re-release, so I kind of butted out when I realized I completely ignored a champion.
