I just had enemy First Pick, Ban Renekton, Jax, Vladimir, then first-pick Fiora and proceed to lose vs Gankplank.

W (Field) lasts for 8 seconds with a 9 second cooldown, and E (Pillar) lasts for 6 seconds with a 6.6 second cooldown.

Apparently there's a bug in the current patch where Tenacity stacks. How do they even fuck that up...

It probably has something to do with implementing one boot per inventory, which made actives not count as the same boot or something, which made them different items which didn't register their tenacity passive as being unique. Of course a more robustly programmed system would have been better, but hey, they're only human.

You should be able to get around 95% Tenacity with Irelia with Mercs + Ancient Golem + Zephyr rofl
