Meh. my CS sucks balls. been watching a streamer who constantly says about sub-silver people being there purely to CS. which made sence coming from starcraft, people in bronze just wern't making their economy work. Went into a game, 20 mins, mid only no ad runes/masteries.

174 at 20 minutes is good.. 300 cs at 20 minutes is ultra god tier

the people who get 300 at 20 minutes are farming other lanes and the jungle as well as their own.
The games where people get 250-300 CS by 20 minutes generally look like this:
Farm perfectly, miss nothing, never die, have constand blue.
Hit level 4, start pushing out lane -> Wraiths/Wolves -> Repeat.
Farm some other lanes while mid is pushed out

to be honest if you're outfarming your opponent it doesnt matter how much farm you have
unless its like 20 cs compared to 19
174 is really good for bronze/silver, people usually just try to ham/trade the whole time. They're so impatient.
