I always get IE/Blade first depending on the ADC I am playing.
The crits turned around fights so many times.
First two games I play after a week of no League, first game NIDALEE SUPPORT. dammit no cc. Not a problem, I'll make the best of it. Nid is afk for the first 15 minutes. Second game. Annie ragequits after dying twice.
Duoq has more of this than soloq.

Speaking of Maokai, I haven't seen one in ages. Did they do anything to him to make him worse or something? From what I remember he was a very good jungler for a while.
Junglers with better CC have dwarfed him.

Promoted to Silver II, they had the most toxic Veigar ever. Every time he killed someone he'd stop what he was doing and shout "Owned Noob" in all chat, and when he died he called us Fucking Noobs. Ganking his lane made us fucking noobs, everything this guy did was what gives this community a bad rep. Luckily he was so bad I got promoted for it, yey.

So, I just installed league on my new laptop, and whenever I got to cast a spell (For example, Jarven's Javelin), I get about a 10-15 fps drop. I've tried lowering all the settings and turning v-sync off, but it doesn't change it. I know it's not the laptop, since I can run TF2 on high and most new games on medium, so I'm a bit confused.

usually I'll either get IE or BT first, depending on whether or not the character has good AD ratios (for example, BT on graves/varus/MF, IE on twitch/ashe/kog/trist), then a PD and probably a LW
apparently BORK rush is good on Vayne but I don't play her, so I won't give advice on her.

I see that my dxdiag registers as intel graphics, but I know my laptop has a Radeon HD 7730M on board. Could the drivers be the issue?
