whats an idiot proof mid that's good (and isn't short ranged)
got jungle and support pretty much down pat, top is decent but could be better, top/adc decent but could use some better csing skills. I don't know any mids well besides Swain but everyone outranges him.
on a side note, playing on OCE and then NA again feels like playing with lead weights around your champion's feet. Reminds me of DotA2 actually.

Karthus, Veigar, Malzaman my main man, Xerath, all good mids with decent range.
Lay waste is really fucking good if you can aim it and you won't lag. Requiem is as long ranged as it can get.
Veigar isn't long ranged but you basically play him as a ranged carry, last hit [I]everything[/I] with Q.
Malzaman can use visions on creeps and have the Voidling wreck shit while you stay back.
Xerath should be obvious.

If you want a foolproof mid, Annie should be your first pick for that. Really easy but also tons of fun.

I don't understand why Leona is considered a god tier kill support. Once she uses her abilities, she has another ten seconds until she can land her combo again. Thresh and Nautilus seem like they can control a champion for much longer.
Yeah not like she adds bonus damage to attacks up to 3 times, 4 with ult. It adds up and while it aint gonna proc all 4 hits unless you're lucky or have a dot the whole point of her is to be able to actually kill something while its stunned.
Thresh is the best support tho cause he's just retarded
