Holy fuck. I know I'm only playing normal, but I probably just had the best game of my life with the help of some very good teammates.
Our Mundo DCed early on and we lost our top and bot towers too, but we won enough 4 v 5 team fights and pushed mid which opened up the rest of the lanes.
I'm still a noob so feel free to point out anything you see wrong.

I figured it would help when chasing down enemies in order to fling them back or whenever they're lagging behind my poison trail. What's the standard Singed build? I've been buying items my friends have been telling me to use.

If you really want to go fast you could get the alacrity enchantment, which is way cheaper than getting more boots.
or buy boots of speed with alacrity
although I guess there are better boots for singed but on the other hand all he does is run around in cricles

Even my last game yesteday I had a Kass rage at our Xin calling him bad, useless etc. because he bought a Phage when he told him not to. We were winning too btw.
At least Xin was smart enough to call him dumb and then ignore him so we didn't have two people bickering at each other.

Eh, not really.. DotA has 3 items with a very similar mechanic (a fixed number instead of a scaling 10%. Also, except for one, It's just a chance to block, not guaranteed.) that aren't boots.
They could tweak it and make a proper item out of it.

I changed the MR to what I would have if I had Scaling MR because I forgot to unequip my flat MR and equip the scaling ones.
Makes for a really tanky build ontop of being an annoyance as Singed is supposed to be. I remember people debating on ROA Vs Seraph so I went "Why not both?".

That shouldn't be nearly enough armor against a full build ADC.

for me it's a beginner ahri problem, good tankiness and slow to never miss charm forever
I had tested a build with only Seraph but I was just a bit disheartened by losing almost a full thousand HP but getting more MR out of it.
