i dont think you really need all that mpen, youre pretty much going mage singed with this build and imo all he really needs for damage is archangel's, rylai and - if you need that pen - abyssal,
he gets one billion of free stats with his ult anyway so you should probably opt for unique effects and hp in your items(spirit visage, rylai, banshee, randuins etc)
I just always thought Liandry's and Rylai's were core on Singed since they both synergize very well with him and Liandry/Rylai synergize with one another.

liandry works well technically on him but the problem is that hes pure melee, so he needs to be played as a bruiser even if he does have pretty damn good ap scalings
it provides mediocre defensive stats and its extremely cost inefficient so you should probably buy it only when youre very very far ahead with a huge level advantage
Finally a win. I've lost so many games in a row, going 4/0/14 and winning is a nice change.

I just recently noticed it got tuned down to 2% maxhp and I haven't built it since
It synergizes with Rilay's though and bumps it up to 4%, the fact that it refreshes on every poison tick is pretty nice too, hence why I figured it was effective.

I always try to get a youmuus ghostblade early and that works out well for me everytime, then i go whatever from there

Riot intentionally made GA cost inefficient stat wise due to how good the passive is.

Jarvan and I are gonna swap, my client fucks up and I end up getting jungle Jassadin with ad runes and masteries, and he goes mid Jarvan with ap runes and masteries. The weirdest part is how we won.
Help me decide between liandry's and rylai's on sejuani. I've been getting liandry's since the slow on rylai's isn't really that great on sej, but they're the same price and rylai's gives 200 more hp and 30 more ap.
