Is liandry worth it on Rumble? Singed? I've always built it on rumble, occasionally on singed (as a last item if I need to carry) but after reading that the passive has to do 1k damage to be cost effective, I have sprung doubts. How about elise?

[B][U]Definitely[/U][/B] worth it on Rumble. Singed I'm not too sure about, probably not terrible as a last item and it all just depends on how the game is playing out, y'know? Keep in mind that the item offers more than just the passive. Elise, for example, loves it for the flat penetration (because of her % based magic damage) and then the passive is just icing on the cake. For the spider girl, though... I think Haunting Guise is good enough for a while, and she doesn't get much more out of Liandry's compared to Rumble, so just hold onto Haunting and upgrade it later after more important items are gotten.
P.S. Rumble comes with two innate slows and is constantly re-applying magic damage to keep the passive fresh.

The buffs to her were so uncessary, she was fine and undervalued before.
Now she's like Taric in S2, everybody picks her first as support.
I've played so much LoL in the past 36 hours that playing it has begun to suck me into the computer.

Well since it has really low projectile speed it usually can't be used to engage and the knockup is like 0.5 seconds. It's pretty balanced but her other abilities are super strong though, it's really tough to lose a trade with an AA-modifier and a heal that can also deal damage.

Yesterday I won what I can only describe as my best and worse ranked game so far.
Everything started along fine. Enemy team picked Singed and I picked teemo as a sort-of-counter (best option I had really). Entire team picks, good composition, could be an easy win.
Then the game starts, and my ping decides to climb mount everest.
I literally played a good 40 of the 60 minutes of game with a ping above 500, sometimes in peak up to 800. I had played several normal games before and no problem like that had occured. Obviously singed had no issue farming and vi couldn't catch up to him because chasing a Singed is hell. At some moments, I would get massive improvement in pings, dropping down to a regular 80ms, and it was usually when I finally reached a fight that the connection would go ape again.
Then towards the end out of fucking nowhere a miracle was cast down the sky and my internet provider stopped jerking off. Got back to a normal ping and started split pushing like a mad cunt. We won.
Needless to say I was happy to win a game playing as a catatonic retarded teemo, while keeping it to a rather acceptable score.

her ult is extremely easy to dodge unless youre in a tight place
hint dont fight nami in the jungle
What can I do to get more damage on the new Yi, generally being more useful in small teamfights?
nami is just a fucking master of all trades with stupidly strong heals, poke, buff and cc

Had a fantastic game of league.
Got ashe just last night, decided to test her out some more on a norm this morning
we were getting dunked mid by elise, and the sivir on bot was really fucking with me (sivir/leona vs ashe/soraka)
i end up going like 1/8/1 and everyone is calling it GG, we get a great teamfight and i get a triple, get my shiv and we do another fight
i end up cleaning house on most of them, I start getting built until im up to 15/10/8 and i can literally 1v5 their team of cho, sivir, leona, elise, and poppy due to shiv/bork/ie/bt/ga
amazing turnarounds, we win, honorable opponents for all
also had a sick across the map killsteal, im REALLY fucking good with that arrow, only missed it like 2 times in the 4 games i've played with ashe, and i spam that fucker

Wow so I was so tired that I was falling asleep in one game (which I admittingly shouldn't have queued into) as a support Nami and I died a lot and went afk a few times and apologized a lot and in the end helped them secure the last few kills and win the game and they all reported me for feeding and afk. Wonderful.

isn't she allegedly getting some changes soon? maybe it's just a visual update though, don't really remember
Sivir just needs more mana or lower mana cost's, the shield doesn't restore enough. IMO she is a champ who work's well in certain situation's.

isn't that a fairly big part of league?
Quinn is trash tier, I am forced to play her top and you still get wrecked because of multiple gap closer champs or lots of CC. Plus she doesn't scale well enough, and is reliant on her bird for for alot of damage, and its essentially a trash skill that you use to snipe someone then get instagibbed because you're an ADC who has suddenly decided to walk into the middle of the team.
If they gave her bonus armour and MR in bird form then that could fix like 50% of her problems. At the moment she is a solo laner than can barely win lane well enough to transition smoothly into being a split pusher who is outperformed by many other better pushers.
