Orianna's weird for me, she never seems super bursty, more like sustained damage. I know Syndra can just shit on Annie, but Syndra and Orianna don't necessarily have super similar mechanics. Unless you pick like Cass, Morde, Rumble (why would you go rumble mid anyway), MAYBE TF, cho, etc. you can probably win that lane easily. she'll probably outfarm you, though.

of course I use 'shit on' loosely (heh), there's very few true hard counters in this game, and the worlds best annie could still beat the world's best xerath
