Doesn't really help you with your ult which is basically your main thing at late game.
Get Black Cleaver and Last Whisper instead for your ult, i would only get botrk if you're going up vs health stackers like Cho.

no, his AD scalings are way to good for botrk
just get BT + LW (+ Black Cleaver) for offensive items.

He was talking about how he felt he was the reason they lost worlds by being careless with his picks. He also said he should have been benched at that point, but he wasnt so he got "lucky"

You need to do that before AND after something is about to happen.

i prefer hydra on most ad casters but you can't go wrong with big ad damages

Whenever I am in solo que and there is a singed/twitch/teemo/cass pretty much anything with a damage over time I simply ping them away and have the other lane do a simple leash. Sure it slows down my clear time but that is better than accidentally having a buff stolen due to incompetence.
when buff gets stolen by own team members, then they start complaining about no ganks or lane presence within the 1st 5 mins. Heck this is even when mid refuses to say come help with red or w/e.
Makes me chuckle every.

Twitch deals 12 damage/second when it's max stacked, if that steals it, the only incompetence is yours.
(Pay attention, shouldn't be too hard, right?)
whenever I play Teemo I dont level my e until I stopped shooting at the buff
in normal queues I like to push past the regular meta of the game sometimes if in reasonable constraints, most of the time Annie in the jungle role(or more like any other champ that's not supposed to jungle). Is this bad to do in ranked considering I'm bronze IV and I don't like getting raged at for 'troll' picks?

Riots reasoning behind not having many CC items in the past was because it would be retarded on a few champions, and they gave vayne as the example why a CC item would be dumb.
Then a year later they made BRK the prefect vayne item with a CC active.
back before botrk it seemed like vayne was easier to shut down, but now, with a good support even cait isn't that good against her after 6
