I don't think I'll post in the forums any time soon. I haven't even set proper values/scaling for it's abilities (i'm too used to making regular stats for wc3 maps, I never did scaling values), they'll just neg vote it. I haven't come up with names for it either.

I based it off another concept of mine with another older concept.
I originally planned to make a healer, but since most people here doesn't like that, I decided to make him more of a disabler with some sustain for him and his teammates. Those values are placeholders.
Also I'm not good at making names.
His 3's passive was originally going to be his main passive ("Magic Remnant" was the name of his previous passive), but I felt he needed something else.

Create a rune in target location, dealing damage and giving you a rune based one what was there. Like air for open space, earth for the stone areas, something for different kinds of creeps. Gives it a reason for runes dealing damage( taking in essence) and could give you unique benefits.
I only ever have ideas for ults, rather than entire kits.
One ult I thought of would create a bubble around the champ (or placed in a certain area, kinda of like maokai) roughly the size of maokai's ult, that absorbs ranged attacks coming from the outside of the bubble, then either heals or deals damage to people inside the bubble based on how much it absorbs. (enemies can still enter and exit the bubble, but no enemy projectiles can pass the walls)
Another would be kind of like a portal, and have two parts. First cast would be the entrance, second be the exit, with about a 3 second time limit to place the exit. Once the exit is placed, the allied champions standing in the entrance would be teleported to the exit part. (I feel like this would be OP in some cases or just used to troll, but still fun to use)
Of course, they could be altered to be balanced, and they are used on a support kit

A while back I was playing ranked with my buddy and somebody ended up telling me that we were playing with somebody who is famous (who I never heard of until then --- kireiautumn). I'm sure that's going to happen again so I decided to make a program that quickly scans your game to see if you're playing with anybody famous. If my friend never told me I would have never even known:

he's called bob the champion
passive:
if bob's AD is higher than his AP, he gets 15% bonus tenacity. if his AP is higher, he gets bonus damage on his next attack every time he gets cc'd
Q:
bob charges up an attack, at melee range. it takes 0.7 seconds (or something, idk) to charge up, and can be interrupted if the enemy moves away during that time. if it connects, however, it will deal bonus damage (scales with AP and AD)
W:
passive: bob has an aura with 240 range that slows enemy champions.
active: for 3.5 seconds, 20% of the damage done by bob in that area will become a shield that lasts for 4 seconds
E:
bob gains a movement speed bonus that decays over time. for the duration of the bonus, he can throw his weapon. if he is within range, his weapon bounces back to him and he renews the movement speed bonus and gets another throw. this can happen up to 2 times if his AD is higher than his AP, 3 times if his AP is higher.
Ultimate:
bob channels for a short time and becomes empowered, gaining bonuses to attack speed, lifesteal and spell vamp. while empowered, his abilities also gain bonus effects:
Q: charge up time reduced
W: aura size increases
E: the weapon throw can critically strike.

I'd say automatically at a certain range, making him a champion that needs to keep up with his target rather than one that can be built to poke.
It's a cool idea, I'd play him. I could see him being a barbarian/viking dude from Freljord (that's not Olaf or Tryn).
so how exactly do i beat kennen top as say Singed or Nasus? I dont want to just ban kennen every game because thats dumb but i find it incredibly hard to beat him.

Yeah, I spent most of the time thinking of ways to switch or improve this "ammo system" since he was useless until level 2, but the only things I came up with was being able to cast a weaker version of the regular spells if you got no runes or if your runes did something else beyond the selfmana/shield.
I'd do that, but it'd be too similar to syndra's (summoning a static object that does damage and then can be used for an ability.) if it wasn't for her I'd do
"Summons an static rune on the battlefiend. When it spawns any enemies near it recieve damage. For each rune up, the champion gains a stack that can be used for an ability. If the champion uses the stack or of they are too far away from the runes, they are destroyed."
I'd go as far as to turn them into wards, but 6 free wards would be op.. Then again, it could be like cait's traps.
What if his passives (or atleast one of them) were auras? He'd be a good "ward slave" that can support their ally just by existing in level 1 and then be more useful later on.

What if your abilities didn't use runes, but let you empower them with runes?
If you double tap a spell, it'll boost it, and will only consume a rune when you cast it. You can cancel it with right click like any other spell.
For example: Q would push away enemies and damage them, with runes it'd do more damage and would also slow them
W's stats buff/debuff would be increased.
R would still consume all runes and do the extra effects it does.

Kinda funny how AD Yi was one of the biggest pubstompers and then they buff AD Yi, only to be surprised he still stomps low elo.
I think he was only really a pubstomper due to reset mechanics.

1 stun in any 5v5 team fight is usually enough to shut him down tho
wow I actually like supporting with Alistar, I can easily abuse the other adc and support being totally bronze trash by setting up obvious laneganks, walking through the bush (and maybe flashing) for a headbutt into my team
