Just gotta focus him and he goes down fast as hell now that his meditate doesn't make him invincible. Can also CC him when he's outside his ult and I believe stuns still works when he's ulted.

He just runs in and alpha strikes and boom you're carries are dead.

All the Yis I've seen after the patch have been mediocre.

here's the one thing i know for sure though: i have never seen any champion consistently get above 20 kills like yi has, post-patch. old ad yi could occasionally pull it off, but it was much rarer since he had to spend time killing people with autoattacks rather than just pressqwingaemlol, which meant that you had a window of oppurtunity to kill his ass, but now it's basically ap yi + the option to autoattack and kill tankier people fast 2 get reset while getting free resets on squish people by just pressing Q and one auto, and not only relying on low hp enemies to get resets like old ap yi did, so he can enter the fight much faster old yi when ultra fed was still probably scarier since there was a longer ult duration and 105 ad steroid, but it was really hard to get to that point my 3c
