Well it's pretty hilarious, I had a Karma who kept flaming me for flaming her flaming teammates when a fight was going on. Each time there was a fight she would continue flaming. Then she turned to be for telling her to shut up and help instead of flaming.

Maxing Q first is almost never wrong. Rushing botrk is very common, but is, in my opinion, overrated and is better as a second or third item (BT is way better as a first item).

Blade of The Ruined King is absolutely ridiculous on Vayne, in my opinion, and is not overrated or overblown in the slightest.
I used to rush botrk every game on vayne before, then I tried BT once and she hits way harder with that extra AD together with her tumble's extra damage than any true damage will throughout the game. Vayne's true damage is a bonus, not something to rely on, which you do with that regular botrk + pd rush.
Hard-hitting basic attacks are more important than that true damage early game. Besides since you max Q first your W will not have many points in it yet and thus hit like a pea shooter. And you deal less and less damage the lower your target's health gets with a botrk.
I'm actually willing to go as far as to say that extreme attack speed is overrated on vayne. Better to stack AD items and rely on berserker greaves + pd for your attack speed.

Attack speed is easily the best stat on vayne with the free ad you get from your ult and the damage from your w. BotrK is THE definitive item for vayne, the active in combination with her passive makes her an unstoppable chasing/kiting machine.
BT is fine too but while BotrK is the way it is you should abuse it
so skill level RQWE always on vayne?

It also depends on the enemy team, if they are all stacking health AS with botrk is stronger. I'd say both builds are situational (adapt your build to the enemy team, what a surprise.)

To win the last leg to Gold I think i'll play trist, she's such a hyper carry and from playing my last game it became apparent to me just how bad people are at team-fighting, at one point I just stood next to their Graves and did what I wanted and didn't receive a scratch.
