Someone on /lolg/ was asking what it'd look like if you combined the last two champs you played. morde+trundle creates an unstoppable pentakill machine.
Is anyone else crashing more often lately? Like when a game ends I don't even get to see the scoreboard the game just disappears and I have to shut down the game through task manager for it to start up again.
It's happening to me too, some people told me it might be LoLReplay, but I'm not sure about that.
rack up another kill for morde so far i've got a 100% winrate in ranked with him. good times.
Last 4 ARAM games I got Garen, Malph, Garen, Amumu, Amumu. I've been the biggest dick hole for a good while now.
wait until you get heimer. missile poke for days and 40% cdr with like one item, it's hilarious
It's happening to me too, some people told me it might be LoLReplay, but I'm not sure about that.
That's what I thought, I just recently downloaded LoLReplay and then all these crashes started happening.
I've been having a lot of luck with this Malphite build. What do you think, any suggestions? Itemization, in order: Appropriate resist boots to counter lane Iceborn Gauntlet (For armor, AP, mana, cooldown, crowd control, and bonus damage [what a ridiculous item!]) Rylai's Crystal Scepter (For health, AP, extra slow) Warmog's (Even more health) That's as far as I've really been able to get so far, the games have been ending too quickly for me to get a good feel for anything beyond that. It gives me a fair amount of armor, a bit of magic resist (with merc treads), and an extra whallop to my ability and autoattack damage. Gear after that is pretty fluid. Against balanced team comps, I've been trying to go for an Abyssal Scepter to add a bit more magic resist and damage. After that, not sure. I'm plenty tanky enough by this point, so I could probably throw in a pure damage item like Rabadon's and still be able to be the primary tank. This AP/Tank hybrid makes Malphite's initation even more crushing, since his ult has 1:1 AP scaling. If you land the full combo on a squishy carry, you can force them out of the fight before it begins. So far, I'm preferring this build to the standard full-tank Malphite I used to build by quite a bit! I've the five games I've tried with this build so far, I've gone: 9/7/24 7/4/20 4/1/0 [sub](surrender 20, two AFK's)[/sub] 4/2/2 [sub](We had two ADCs, and one of them came top for the first ten minutes, which set me back a good deal. When he left, I was underfarmed and underleveled. Punk. Still turned my lane around and came out on top, though)[/sub] 8/1/18 Granted, these are just solo queues. I don't have any interest in playing ranked. [editline]4th May 2013[/editline]
rack up another kill for morde so far i've got a 100% winrate in ranked with him. good times.
I'm going to buy him next, I think. He just looks like my kind of champion. Tanky AP champions with a lot of burst are kind of my thing.
Anyone who plays sejuani wanna say their builds? I've been spirit of ancient golem, ninja tabi, warmog, (frozen heart if a lot of enemy ad), (runic bulwark if support didnt), locket of iron solari, sunfire, and randuin's.
He has no cc at all though, so you have to be careful with him. I ran 21/9/0 for awhile but I recently changed to 9/0/21 and it seems to work pretty well. Slightly less damage, but the utility makes it worth it.
Mordekaiser is one of the first champs I played and he's really great. His ult is kickass, his passive makes him pretty tanky by just building AP items and his farming and pushing abilities are stellar. Pop your stuff on a creep wave and they'll all instantly die, manaless champ also so just spam that shit to victory.
Would Mordekaiser be alright in top lane, if you built him with Tanky AP rather than full-out AP? I hardly ever see him and have never played him, so I'm not very familiar with how he actually plays out against different matchups.
mordekaiser just gets ganked and can't do shit about it

I build him pure glass cannon if I can snowball hard enough.

I go Mobility boots, Spirit of the Ancient Golem is a definite must of course, Sunfire (if they have fed/lots of AD, if not i build it later on), banshees veil for the AP on the other side, Rylai's I usually get as well for a little more damage. The last item or two are usually situational. Something that has health, atleast :v:

It wasn't really useful on her before so I guess that's why I never used it. Also, I'm still not sure if I want mobility boots, the 10% reduced damage from basic attacks seems really good on ninja tabi.
I love it when I see a fed morg spell-shield herself for half her hp, and just takes all the punishment while prancing away.
For Sejuani, Spirit of the Ancient Golem is amazing. For boots, wha ever you need; Mobility are great on junglers but if you need a little armor or magic resist build those boots instead. Core items beyond that I typically build Warmog's then Homeguard on the boots. Then build depending on what you need.... Damage? Abyssal Scepter, Sunfire Cape, Liandry's Torment, Rylia's Crystal Armor? Sunfire Cape, Randuin's Omen, Iceborn Gauntlet MR? Abyssal Scepter, Spirit Visage, Banshee's Veil* Each in order of preference. I really like Abyssal but if there's not much AP threat on the other side it can be skipped in favor of the next in line. Sunfire is great for clearing the jungle and also gives you some more damage. Randuin's can be skipped if they're not auto attack dependent. Spirit Visage synergies amazingly with Warmogs as well as giving you MR. I wouldn't bother building both Iceborn Gauntlet and Rylia's; one or the other if you do. Liandry's is just simply amazing on her but the damage from it is a little slow for my tastes; the mpen is wonderful though. if you really don't need MR or Armor at the moment it can skip ahead of the line. Iceborn is good for initiation. Always build smart; sometimes you'll need to buy a Negatron Cloak or Chain Vest before finishing Warmog's. Or just build a half dozen Warmog's for the fun of it; scaling damage with HP makes it semi-viable. *Build Banshee's if there is nasty CC on the enemy team. Build it after Warmog's and after getting some armor if you need it. Just make sure to get it before important teamfights start.
I always build gauntlet and spirit visage on sejuani. All you really need for resistances unless you're getting focused super hard. [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] And it's really easy to cap CDR on her [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] gauntlet, liandry's, spirit visage, warmog's, ancient golem, mobility boots? sounds good to me
I typically have Warmog's with Abyssal/ Sunfire, Makes you clear so fast but situationally I'll skip up; I should try building the Gauntlet earlier, I usually ignore it since I'd rather have the faster clearing from Sunfire.
I typically have Warmog's with Abyssal/ Sunfire, Makes you clear so fast but situationally I'll skip up; I should try building the Gauntlet earlier, I usually ignore it since I'd rather have the faster clearing from Sunfire.
I find that I use a lot of mana with her, gauntlet is usually my second item or I'll at least have a glacial shroud to build into it later.
I don't really like getting things that give no health, like gauntlet is an amazing item, don't get me wrong, but she already gets tons of armor, the mana isn't super useful, I get enough CDR, etc. I think I'll start doing Spirit Visage though, I never bought it before because my brain didn't register that it would affect warmog's healing which is ludicrous already. So that's ancient golem, boots (possibly mobility, although she's pretty maneuverable already IMO), warmogs, those support items if nobody else has them... I don't really know about liandry's anymore, since frost doesn't give the -10% anymore it seems less viable to me, plus there are other items that make me even more tanky. I frequently end my build with +0 to attack damage or ability power simply cuz Q does a percentage to health, W scales with your health, etc.
dammit you guys are making me want to play a sejuani game again
Liandry's still goes well her E which is where it'll matter the most, but yeah it's more situational. It goes hand in hand with Rylia's of course so if you're ahead.... She doesn't need attack damage, that's other people's job. She scales with %HP on W, but AP scales with everything; it's good to pick up some AP where you can. [editline]4th May 2013[/editline]
I find that I use a lot of mana with her, gauntlet is usually my second item or I'll at least have a glacial shroud to build into it later.
Yeah she can have some mana problems; but I'd rather lay it off and just B with homeguard to get it all back. Though she has enough mana to not run out in the middle of a fight which is the important part for the tank.
So I just ran Morde top and kind of goofed my way through it (that wukong was terrible) My plan was just to be an asshole and push constantly, hence my build is mostly health regen for sustain. Wukong was underfed because I kept denying him stuff so he went top to try and defend but he couldn't so they had to pull Hec up to kill me, and then my team just shit on the enemy turrets in mid. randomly got a triple kill right before they surrendered. soraka, wukong, liss. it was funny. I'm still on the fence about grabbing Spec Wraith on Morde. I like the stats, and the passives help with farming and dragon control, etc. But gunblade seems to be superior, IMO. The slow is so useful. (On that note, I'm wondering if I should run hybrid pen reds instead of pure mpen. Q benefits from AD and I use Q a LOT against bruisers (I max it before W most of the time when I go top)
kind of a weird hybrid support/jungle game, still built the same though. holy shit it's so nice. [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] nasus and riven both wanted solo top so they just duo'd instead [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/29592234#history this is the best my match history has looked in weeks [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] oh fuck I just realized my wins passed my losses again! alright no more automerging, someone else post dammit
6500IP what champion should i buy? I main jungle. i already have hecarim, maokai, amumu, xin zhao. Which i jungle. any suggestions?
Zac Although he's gonna get nerfed
So that Cass change to her E is terrifying. Spell vamp everywhere.
