I mean looking at that list you got some of my favourite champions there: Ziggs, Lissandra, Zac, Draven, Urgot, Volibear.
But we need to know - which role do you like playing? Mid? Top? Jungle? Do you prefer assassins, tanks, carrys? Is this with RP or IP? (If it's RP, don't buy anyone who isnt also 6.3k ip, if it's IP you could buy two 3150 champs or something)

I'd personally go for Zac.

Also Zac is very versatile, you can play him mid, top, jungle or even support due to his massive amount of CC

afaik the passive is supposedly getting removed, but still
that precious 3% movespeed has saved my ass/secured kills on numerous occasions
