I agree with a rework, his kit as it stands is very hard to balance. But he wasn't reworked before, only nerfed and buffed. I guess changing his E heal could be counted as a rework, but it was only one ability, so I wouldn't count it as such.

I don't think it's Rengar's kit as much as his Ferocity system. Making them work together without making him overpowered or underpowered seems to be quite difficult.

S'fine if the person intends to play Support, in my opinion.
Dealing with people who pick "support" and build straight damage without doing the regular duties are irksome. Regular duties being warding, helping control the lane, protecting/healing where possible, etc.

Even if they intend to play her as a Support and ward and don't take CS, Nidalee is still arguably one of the weakest supports. She has no use outside of the laning phase unless you build her straight up AP.
