Get a Zeal after your BF sword. The faster you can get your stacks out, the faster you can deal max damage with your expunge. It's also helpful for building into a Statikk Shiv if you're running a Runaan's Hurricane, otherwise you may prefer a Phantom Dancer.

on what champs does runaan work? i usually get it for teemo cause lel push, but I don't know if its even worth it, I don't play twitch though, but it sounds like it would be a nice item for teamfights combined with his ult.

2.5 k for an item that only gives AS in most situations.
Its good for pushing, but even then probably not worth it.
But for teemo and twitch it applies the dot poison(and lifesteal and shit if you build it) on everything so I'm wondering if it works on them, I'm not thinking about buying it on ashe or something.

The main problem with the item is that the targets need to be very close to eachother and that it doesn't prioritize champions over minions.
80% of the time during a teamfight Hurricane won't be hitting anything.
You should always build bf item first on ad carries.
