Yordles are ok characters but would be even more ok if their mechanics didn't rely around annoying the shit out of people. Poppy goes invulnerable. Kennen stuns your entire team. Veigar has one of the most shitbirded voice acting I have ever heard in my entire life. I could go on, but you get the point.
I really want a Sion rework so he is more like his original DotA or DotA 2 Skeleton King counterpart and has a kit/design that doesn't look so fucking stupid.

Looks like they are gearing towards an event ala Snowdown and Harrowing.
So they'll be legacy skins. Not limited, but only available for a limited time, then released again probably next summer
