Play singed. Easy carry out of Bronze. It's what I did, then I switched to Cho'gath for most of Silver. Try to pick singed as one of the last picks, or learn to play against his main counters, which aren't even that strong, because they don't counter him outside of laning phase.

The go do normals until you're confident that you can carry the entire team.
