lucian's Q is more like a targeted version of Lissandra's Q if anything
Lucian's W at least explodes in a unique pattern. I don't know if the extra movement speed on hit is on any other champion (well, except for sivir's passive but really)
his e, well, yeah, it's a short range dash, but it removes slows which is huge for an adc. I don't know if they changed it but since most attack speed slows also are movement speed slows, this would make lucian decent vs nasus or malphite for example (unless by slows it means both kinds)

Is Triforce worth it for champs where the crit chance and mana go to waste and the spellblade is just nice-to-have? Or rather, is the spellblade only worth it if I build more than 1 AD item?

If you don't want the TF you can get the spellblade from Iceborn Gauntlet or if you buy sheen to upgrade into Lich Bane if thats more useful?

More of a general thought, because I won't ever have enough gold for it unless the enemy gets roflstomped, but I had Vi in mind.
E has an AP-ratio, so that's not completely wasted, but not high enough to justify an Iceborn Gauntlet imo. But the TF AS, MS and the Rage passive are great, AD is good, but the question is if the spellblade does enough damage from base AD(+30tf) to justify almost 4k as a jungler. And the components aren't that great to piece together as Vi.
Just noticed TF spellblade is also base AD, always thought that gets upgraded for some reason.

One thing that's just a little weird is they antagonised Lucian and Thresh.
Thresh is a support, Lucian is an adc

Went to play a normals and it took 5 tries before I got into a match, everyone would call ADC and someone would insta lock lucian, then the timer would count down to 0 and someone would dodge.
It's the same with Zilean and Voli, and Nocturne and Graves.
